Runners ID

What is a Runners ID?

Runners ID is a unique running profile, through which you can register for all races since 2014. In your Runners ID profile you can see an overview of all orders and participations in RunCzech running league races (valid for races since 2014). Log in using your e-mail or Apple ID. Runners ID is important for counting RunCzech running league points, therefore it is necessary to have the data filled in correctly and to register for races always via one profile.

How to get a Runners ID?

By filling out a simple form , you will register for your Runners ID, which you can use in the future to register for all races, register the entire relay or team, or register on behalf (see below).

How to reset your password?

If you are unable to log in to your profile or you have forgotten your password, simply reset it using the link “forgotten password”. An e-mail containing a hyperlink will be sent to your e-mail address, which, after clicking, will redirect you to the RunCzech website, where you will be able to set your new password.

Registration

How to register for the race?

Log into your Runners ID, select a race and go through an intuitive registration. If you do not have personal information filled in within your Runners ID, you will be asked to complete it. If you have filled in everything during the previous registration, you will no longer have to fill in anything. The registration is considered valid only after its payment, with the amount valid on the day of registration, which is credited in full to the organizer’s account, paid in cash, by card or bank transfer. The order must be paid within 10 working days of creation, otherwise it will be automatically canceled.

How to register another person?

You can register both yourself and someone else through your Runners ID. When selecting a race, choose the number of runners you want to register. Registration is the same as registering yourself. If the person in question already has a Runners ID, just fill in their email and proceed step by step. If it does not have a Runners ID, fill in the email and you will be prompted to create a Runners ID for that person. The order will then be created in your profile.

How to register a team / relay / 2run?

The procedure is the same as for self-registration and proxy registration (see above). Always register through your profile, even if you don’t run. This gives you an overview of the orders on your profile. Only those who created an order in their Runners ID can change participants or positions of the relay until the last Tuesday before the race itself.

How to register for a dm family run?

Log in to your Runners ID and select the dm family run you want to attend. Register yourself, on behalf of, or if you register for example, children without their own e-mail, use registration on behalf of without a Runners ID. Complete the entire registration and confirm the order.

Team runs (relays, teams, 2Run)

How to register?

The relay, team or 2Run is registered by one person (registrant), who creates their Runners ID and registers the members on behalf. The registrant then sees the status of the order and can change the members and for the relays and 2Runs also their order. It is not a condition that the registrant is a member of the relay / team / 2run.

How to make a change in the / 2Run / team relay?

A colleague from the relay / 2Run / team dropped out and you are thinking about how to replace him in the registration? All you have to do is have the registrant (the person who created the order) log in to their Runners ID account and click on “My Orders”.

In my orders, he clicks on the variable symbol for the order whose members he wants to exchange. Using the symbols to the right of the name, members can be changed (with a cross) and for relays and 2Runs, their order (arrows) can also be changed. Changes can always be made until the last Tuesday before the race.

Is it possible to pick up the start number for the whole team / relay / 2Run?

Each member of the team / relay / 2Run must pick up their start number in person. Alternatively, it is possible to have the starter pack picked up by another person, who needs to be authorized online. See the full procedure for granting credentials here.

Before the race

When will I receive the start number?

All registered participants will receive the start number from us in bulk and by email within 2 weeks before the race itself. This is because if we assign you the starting numbers only after we know the numbers and target times of the participants, we can better divide you into the starting corridors and thus create better conditions for you to run. You must then pick up the start number at the racing Expo.

Where can I find my start number?

All properly registered runners are assigned starting numbers about 2 weeks before the race. An email is also sent to everyone with information about the assignment of the start number. Exceptions are family runs, where competitors are assigned starting numbers only on the spot when issuing starting numbers.

If you did not receive the email, log in to your Runners ID and check if you have a start number in the “My Races” field. If this did not happen, there is probably a problem with the payment in your order (unpaired payment, unpaid surcharge for the T-shirt, etc.), so contact us at info@runczech.com.

Where can I pick up the starting package with the number and what do I need to pick it up?

The starting package with the number can always be picked up only at the racing Expo. To pick it up, you need to know your start number and have a photo ID with you. EXPO is always open a few days before the race itself and information about the venue and opening hours can be found on the website of the race.

Can someone else pick up my starter pack?

Yes, the starter pack can be picked up by another person who needs to be granted online credentials. See the full procedure for granting credentials here.

After the race

Where are the results located? (I was not found in the results)

You can find the results on the page www.runczech.comin the “results” section under each race. Participants have the opportunity to claim the result within 5 calendar days. After this time, they are declared official. You will find a questionnaire for claiming the result here. Please provide the most accurate information possible in the questionnaire.

What is the difference between official and chip time?

The official time is the time since the shot. Chip time is the time from start to finish. Split times and chip time are for information only. The order of the race is determined by the order in the finish, i.e. by the official time.

Should I hand over the chip?

The chips on the start number are one-off, so you can keep them in mind. Applies to all races and categories, except the Prague Relay race.

Chips at the Prague Relay race, please return to the finish area.

The dm family run races do not have chips on the starting numbers.
