Registrations 2025 – questions and answers

Dear runners,

Few days ago we launched new website and also opened registrations for 2025 season.
While on one side we are delighted by huge interest and thousands of successful registrations, we also see problems some of you are facing during the registration process.

We have moved to a new external supplier of the registration system. The system is successfully used by many race organisers across Europe and should give us more opportunities in the future, but still, because we needed to do some localisation, it has some initial bugs, which need to be corrected. Below we listed all your questions we have received and try to give answers. We apologise for any inconvenience you might have faced, we are doing our best to fix all the issues.


In my personal account (Runners ID) I don´t see races where I participated in previous years nor I see races to which I´m registered for.

According to our information, all 2025 registrations work properly and appear in runners profile. The problem can concern the upcoming Liberec race. The 2024 season still runs on the old system. If you want to see your registration for Liberec, please visit your profile on the old version of the web www.2024.runczech.com.
All the history is currently being transferred from the old system to new system. All your historical data can be found in your Runners ID on the old version www.2024.runczech.com. Your historical data on the new web will be ready for the season 2025.

Why do you have separate fee for the registration?

Your order is processed by external registration system, which charges a fee for every registration processed. This fee goes for development and maintenance of the registration system. RunCzech bears part of the cost, but can not cover it fully. To charge a fee above the order value is a standard practice in majority of European countries.

Will there be a possibility to buy race packages?

Race packages will be available in different form during autumn 2024, as it was the practice in previous years.

I can not register, enter my account/ When I ask for new password, it does not come/The website stopped to respond, payment was not accepted, but I received confirmation for 0 value/When I finished the registration, money was withdrawn, but I have not received any confirmation nor I see the registration in my profile.

If you have these or similar problems during the registration process, please contact us on info@runczech.com, we will need to solve them individually.

I have written an email to the contact address on RunCzech website, but I have not received any answer yet.

If you have written the email address correctly, then we have received it. We monitor all your enquiries and try to fix all issues as soon as possible. We also do our best to answer all your emails, but please have patience, due to higher number of incoming mails it may take several days to answer all.

Where to enter my SuperHalfs passport

You can enter the number of your SuperHalfs passport into your profile (Runners ID) during the registration process. Runners, who registered before 1.10., when this feature was not available, will be contacted individually by us. All will be solved well before the Prague Half Marathon.

Will there be vouchers available?

The vouchers (i.e. you buy registration and give it as a gift to someone else) will be available later.

Can I register for different RunCzech events during one order?

This feature is unfortunately not available at the moment. You can register to several races during one event (e.g. Prague Marathon and Family Mile during the Marathon Weekend), but not to various events (e.g. Olomouc and Karlovy Vary).

I don´t see any 2025 events in the RunCzech application.

The RunCzech application is currently covering only 2024 season. We are preparing new version of our app for next season. In the meantime, please, use our website www.runczech.com to find any information. We will inform you when the new version of the app is ready.

I can not register for relay in pairs – ČT 2Run and adidas Women´s run. Also team categories are not possible to register.

This is a technical problem, we are working on solution. Please try to register later.

Will it be possible to use other payment methods than just card? E.g. bank transfer.

At the moment it is possible to pay only by card. We plan to add additional payment methods in the future.
