Runners who want to take part in one of the most popular running events in the world should hurry. There are only a few registrations left for the 23rd running of the famous Prague Half Marathon, taking place on 1 April. “One of our most popular events traditionally gets sold out quickly. Everyone wants to experience the amazing atmosphere and race in the beautiful surroundings of the historic centre of Prague,” says Carlo Capalbo, President of the RunCzech organizing committee, which boasts the largest number of races awarded with World Athletics Road Race Labels of quality.
12,000 participants, led by elite runners from around the world, will line up at the start of the Prague Half Marathon, which is once again scheduled to start from the Jan Palach Square in front of the neo-renaissance Rudolfinum building, home to the Czech Philharmonic, the Rudolfinum Gallery and the Czech Chamber Music Society.
