Sunrise run is a training where you will experience something different every week. It is not the easiest and therefore not for complete beginners, but if you run at least 5 km in a row and manage to get up early in the morning, it will be worth it. You can look forward to intervals, fartlek, stairs, hills or even just a light jog. The training is always coordinated with the other training sessions of the week. 

The pace and distance are always adapted to the participants. The coach will ensure the correct warm-up before and the correct stretching after the run. Intervals, hills, stairs, fartlek, from time to time an easy run.
